More Comments at Google MapUoki is famous for his fish. The gate looks like a hideout. The first floor has counter seats surrounding an irori hearth, and it has a nice atmosphere with a live performance feel. Everyone in the kitchen is young, but they move as quickly as if they were craftsmen. But everyone is friendly and very kind. I ordered the course. The fish such as sashimi and roasted grunt are good, but the meat stuffed peppers are also delicious because they are grilled in the hearth. The specialty is earthen pot rice. Sea urchin and salmon roe seem to be the signature dish, but I simply had fish and green seaweed rice in a clay pot. It was simple but had a deep flavor, and each grain of rice was alive and delicious. It was a great night.
On my first visit, the manager was very kind! We are particular about the ingredients and preparation of each dish, and the explanations are thorough. Even though he was seated on the second floor, away from the kitchen, he often came over to check on the drinks, which made me happy. True to the reviews, I have never eaten such delicious sardines. I was so moved. I don't want to tell you anything, but oysters are also great. We also have a daily lineup of Japanese sake, and we will be happy to suggest something to match your meal. The Lemon Sour also uses whole lemons, and I felt it was the best tasting drink I've ever had. We had about 8 dishes to choose from as a course that included a drink, and among them were the restaurant's recommended sashimi, large fatty sardines primeval grilled, and salmon roe with rice in a clay pot. A shop only known to those in the know. We recommend calling us when making a reservation. This is actually my favorite shop that I don't want to tell anyone about.
The original grilled fatty sardine and earthenware pot rice were the best! The snacks are well-balanced and delicious! The sea urchin clay pot rice was priced at 7,500 yen. I felt that the bill of 20,000 yen including drinking and eating was a little cheap! I will go again!
