First, draft beer. I love the fresh incense in the soy sauce dish. Beer is traditionally served in large mugs. This is to be expected. The food is yakiton. I ordered two pieces each of heart and nankotsu. Drink a large beer and eat some pickles. It's so relaxing. The yakiton is cooked. Normally it's time to refill the draft beer, but I haven't finished drinking it yet. The yakiton is also quite delicious. Nankotsu with a good texture and heart with a good flavor. It's a good combination. I finish my beer and order a hoppy. I love that it has lemon slices in it. I ordered the giblet stew here. Not stewed offal, but stew pot. What came out was a stew of offal served in a clay pot. This is quite a volume. And delicious! Enjoy the hoppy stew and the leftover yakiton. Of course I ate everything, and the price was reasonable. It has a nice old-fashioned atmosphere and the food is delicious. This is a store I want to go to.
