Early June 2021 ○Nibuta (hormonal stew in miso) is delicious. When you put it in your mouth, it tastes like miso, and when you bite into it, it tastes like sweet fat. Once you bite into it, you can enjoy the richness and flavor of the offal from this long-established restaurant. Although you may have different tastes, if you don't hate hormones, I highly recommend you try it at least once. ○ I'm glad that the vinegared chicken skin comes with chopped green onions. The acidity is mellowed by the chicken fat, and the freshness of the cucumber brings out the crunch and flavor of the chicken skin. Recommended for those who like soft chicken skin. ○ Grilled mixed hormones. Contains stir-fried offal and liver, and crunchy onions. The liver has little odor and has just the right amount of flavor and texture. The offal has a chewier texture than stewed, and the delicious fat that surrounds the onions and liver makes it even more delicious when eaten together. I'm happy because I can take it home as a bento. I bought a large portion of the hormone mix bento, but since the rice was topped with plenty of sesame seeds and it also came with boiled pork, I think the bento is recommended for starters.

Nama is 350 yen for the inside, 500 yen for a large mug, and most of the side dishes are in the 200 to 300 yen range. Excellent taste. Especially the stewed and simmered flavors are too smooth. A really delicious restaurant. It says "Original Standing Bar", but you can sit normally. Even if you eat and drink as much as you can, you will be able to get by with just 2000 yen.
