I used it on a Saturday afternoon with a reservation. It seems to be a popular restaurant as it is almost full. It seems like you can have lunch during lunch time, and there are plenty of snacks. There were many types of sake, and many were new to me. It looked like they were selling soba noodles, but I didn't have time to eat them...I'm looking forward to the next time!

*Visited in January 2023 An izakaya located at the east exit of Akabane Station (south ticket gate side) where you can enjoy chicken dishes and handmade soba noodles. I used it because it was near the hotel I was staying at. It was a little difficult to enter because the store is underground, but it was easy to enter because of the calm atmosphere. Since there is a counter, I think it is easy for one person to use it. It seems like there are a lot of regular customers, so I think it's a popular restaurant with locals. They were selling chicken dishes and soba, so I ordered flat soba lasagna, fried chicken wings, chicken paitan soup dumplings, and chicken meatballs in nanban steamer. All of the dishes are delicious, and although they are not the same as rice crackers, you can rest assured at the reasonable prices of a typical soba izakaya. Personally, I don't drink alcohol, so I was grateful that there was no appetizer. The soba was authentic hand-made soba, had a good texture and went down the throat, and was more delicious than the soba restaurants around here. Moreover, as a Hokkaido resident, I am happy that the buckwheat flour is made from Ikawase seeds grown in Ishikari Numata, Hokkaido. This restaurant is located in an area with many hotels, so it is also recommended for those staying in Akabane. Next time, I would definitely like to try the signature dish, Takanmari. Thank you for the meal. *Visited in March 2023 I went again because it was delicious last time. It is a restaurant with a calm atmosphere even though there are many lively (noisy) shops in Akabane. First, I ordered a 3-item platter of vinegared soda (pomegranate). You can choose from 8 appetizers, and choose ``Japanese potato and carrot shirishiri'', curry potato salad, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and olives with white soy sauce. After that, I ordered duck meat skewers, fried smelt, pizza, hamburgers, and chicken paitan soup dumplings. The finishing touch is, of course, the handmade soba noodles. It's a restaurant where everything you eat is delicious.

Available for Saturday lunch. The store was empty, probably because I visited at 13:00 with a slightly different lunch time. It is a very good shop for cospa. I ordered the Takkanmari lunch and my companion ordered the Chicken Paitan Seiro lunch, both of which were delicious. The soba noodles are carefully made every day in the store, and I was able to see them being made from inside the store. The lunch menu comes with self-service chicken rice and a drink bar. Chicken rice was served with condiments and ginger, but it was delicious. You can clean it yourself from the pot, so you can refill it without hesitation. Thank you for the meal! *PayPay is supported
