The rice bowl was served separately, and the raw food had a cooling agent. Onigiri sujiko is recommended! Salmon is not flakes but loosened meat. I was very satisfied with the change. Above all, I'm happy with the warm handmade taste. I ate Inca no Mezame, sashimi, silver cod, pickles, and fried tofu, and they were all delicious! Tuna red meat is also delicious! It was a shop I wanted to visit again. In addition, I visited the store many times → It seems that the type of potato butter differs from time to time. Ezo maitake butter, silver cod saikyo-yaki, rice balls, scallop grilled with seaweed (the name may be different...), and miso soup are ordered every time. Nuta is also delicious.

You have done really well here. Be sure to eat nabe in winter. Shirako is recommended. I have never seen such a thick pot. There are many other places where alcohol goes, and Zangi is at the top of the list, but no amount of beer is enough. Just don't drink too much. Please open the belly of the salmon roe bowl. If you can't reach the salmon roe bowl and go home, you shouldn't go to Hokkaido. Please enjoy yourself as if you were in Hokkaido.
