A lively shop with a good atmosphere. December 2021 Visited for the first time in 2 years due to Corona The wet towels have changed to scentless ones! The dishes include Shirako ponzu sauce, raw oysters, chashu pork, and offal grilled with salt and wasabi. I ordered Sogen and Kikuhime warmed to make the Japanese sake richer to go with the char siu and beef offal. Then it turned out to be raw unprocessed sake. I wasn't feeling raw that day. When I said that, they brought me a bottle, so I should have looked at it and then decided (but they seemed busy). The food is good and the sake selection is plentiful, so I'll be coming back again. December 2019 When the wet towel was given to me, it smelled nice and made me feel good. There is a wide variety of sake, and there are also comparison sets, so you can enjoy a variety of things. There is a lot of carefully selected Japanese sake, is there a demand for it? There is also a feeling. I never thought you could drink aged sake in the Shimura area! ! I like it, but there's no need for it, right? ! The food was delicious and satisfying. There's just one thing: I thought the towel smelled nice at first, but when I tried to taste it, the scent of the towel on my hand interfered with the smell of the alcohol. Maybe a slightly weaker scent would be better.
