I went to Sakarafu's ramen shop for lunch. The rich dried sardines soup was so delicious that even though I was on a diet, I ended up ordering a replacement! Next time I would like to try dressing balls as well.

A restaurant that I don't really want to tell you about, where you can eat seasonal ingredients and fresh fish whenever you go. Always the best.

Tuna is currently on hiatus, but the new menu is even more delicious. My recommendation is the aged chicken wings, which can be enjoyed with yuzu pepper. That's right, beer is on the way 😆 My favorite home-made tuna and green pepper namul has ended, but my recent favorite is myoga and whitebait bean sprout namul.The flavor of myoga and the flavor of sesame oil are exquisite. The sea bream dashi soba, which is only open for lunch on the last Saturday of every month, is also exquisite.
