Not only the oysters, but the other seafood menu was also very delicious ✨️ To be honest, I never thought I could eat such delicious oysters in Akabane! I was surprised to see a whole pot of sake-steamed shellfish come out! It was recommended that I could use the leftover soup stock to make risotto with rice, but before that, the soup was so delicious that I drank it all lol. I think it's best to make a reservation as it was quite crowded on the weekends. I will go eat oysters again!
