I found the best famous store! Obanzai standing bar is located in a good location just outside Akabane-Iwabuchi Station! Although the store is not very large, you can get closer to the staff and customers, and the atmosphere is always lively and enjoyable. What is surprising is the cost performance and the high quality of the food! Each menu of obanzai dishes is carefully prepared with a lot of attention to detail! The chefs are different depending on the day of the week, and the menu changes from time to time, so you can enjoy it no matter when you come! No wonder there are so many regular customers! The quality of the food, the variety of alcohol (some homemade), the cheerful and pleasant customer service from the staff, the overwhelming value for money, you can't really complain! I would like to continue to visit Salt as a big fan!

This is a popular tachinomiya located just outside Akabane Iwabuchi Station, and there is a tachinomi bar at the counter and tables that can seat about 4 people, so it can be used by yourself or for a drinking party with several people. Also, the inside of the store is very clean and the staff are cheerful and easy to enter, so there are many female customers. Here is the menu I ordered this time. ・Raw (medium) 480 yen The first drink is draft beer. ・Super spicy jalapeno 100 yen It's a super cheap snack that you can eat for only 100 yen. The jalapenos are like pickles, and the sourness and spiciness combine to make your chopsticks go well. It's quite spicy, but I think it's something you can easily eat unless you don't like spicy food. ・Anchovy cheese potato salad ~ topped with egg ~ 400 yen This is a soft potato salad with the salty anchovies, and by mixing it with the egg yolk, the saltiness becomes milder. It's the perfect snack to go with alcohol. ・Kaku Highball 430 yen ・Assorted sashimi (for two) 1,100 yen I usually order one serving, but on this day there were four of us, so I went ahead and ordered two servings. It comes with six types of sashimi and costs 550 yen per person, so it's a great deal. On this day, the sea bream was very delicious and I had it with sudachi and salt. ・Genovese macaroni salad with tuna and fresh basil 350 yen This snack is an addition to the regular macaroni salad and has a great basil scent. Tuna also has a good taste and goes perfectly with alcohol. ・Super thick yogurt sake 550 yen I had the yogurt sake on the rocks. It had a richer yogurt flavor than regular yogurt juice and was very delicious. It's a drink that will definitely get you drunk because you can drink it in an instant. ・Spice shochu (cardamom TAKE7) 500 yen I had it with carbonated water. After drinking it, you can smell the refreshing scent of cardamom and ginger. The aroma of spices and alcohol pair very well, and the taste is addictive. ・Chicken skirt steak with Mao Zedong spices 450 yen A crunchy, slightly spicy spicy chicken skirt snack. The spices are so delicious that you can eat them just like potato chips and have them as a snack. Chicken skirt steak is also protein, but it's soft and goes well with spices. ・Homemade marinated fried chicken (6 pieces) 800 yen The fried chicken was well-seasoned and delicious even without adding anything. It is freshly fried and served hot and juicy. The menu table looks like this. Although I didn't order it this time, there is also a daily menu. If you would like to know the daily menu, please check Salt's Instagram in advance.

This is the third time that the fox has visited, and the past two times were early on weekdays and I was able to enjoy it slowly. Although it was a rainy night this time, it was a weekend Friday, around 7pm, and as expected, the place was almost full despite the rain. It was fully booked. I managed to find an empty table and sneak in, and as I was thinking about what to order, a familiar face came over, so we sat down and chatted, and we ended up having a good time. Good start! Most of the people who came to the store, both men and women, seemed to be on their way home from work, but there was a steady stream of customers coming in, and I thought people would spill out of the store and onto the street in the rain. Considering the location of the store, I was surprised and could clearly see that it was a thriving store. There are a variety of alcoholic beverages, but the main one is Japanese sake, and you can enjoy a wide variety of local sake. And after all, the best part of this restaurant is the food, and the cost performance and quality of the food is so good that it surpasses the alcohol. The main menu seems to be Japanese, Western, and Chinese creative cuisine, as well as what is known in the Kansai region as ``Obanzai'', but we recommend the Kitsune with a glass of draft beer and French fries, and the Japanese sake with unfiltered pure rice sake and seasonal sashimi platter. The shop is definitely a standing bar, as the name suggests, ``Tachinomi Salt,'' but it has a different image from a typical ``stand bar standing bar'' store. If I had to say, it's more like a "standing casual bar", and if it's open during the hours, first-timers should be able to relax and enjoy the bar. It's up to you whether you stop by at the beginning or the end of Akabane Ladder. For first-time visitors, Fox recommends visiting on a weekday or early on a Saturday.
