Minato City, Tokyo, Japan｜Gonpachi Odaiba

This restaurant has very bad reviews recently but I still wanted to try. I will tell how it went so you can judge yourself. There were 4 groups before us in the line and it took 10 mins for us to be called in. We were placed near the bar and on the 3rd row from the window. One person was seated towards the window, the other to the bar. We got menus immediately and once we knew what to order we called for a waiter. It was not hard, they came right away. The sake took maybe a minute to arrive, the food came after 10 mins. I thought the prices were reasonable and I was satisfied with the whole evening. Outside the restaurant there are some pictures of the celebrities who dined at the restaurant.

If there are 6 or more stars to bestow upon the grand atmosphere here at Gonpachi, I would jump at the opportunity. The food, environment, music and staff are incredible! Ms Yumi is exceptional at rendering her services to my family of four; she travels the extra mile in taking several photographs of us at varying angles, even without us asking. She can read minds passionately. What a wonderful experience at Gonpachi!

Manae was our very professional server . She was friendly, helpful and charming. She represents the best your restaurant can offer for the customers. The food was delicious and atmosphere top notch.
