``Taiwan Sakaba Jiro'' is a popular izakaya located 7 to 8 minutes walk from Tamachi Station on the JR Yamanote Line. On this day, two of us made a reservation at 8pm on a weekday. The inside of the store is clean as it just opened in February 2022. There are also televisions, so on days when sports are being played, you can enjoy the atmosphere of a sports bar. The menu includes the restaurant's famous chicken sashimi, cold chicken liver with onion oil, and yakitori. For drinks, we have Kodama's Vice Sour. Among them, the lineup of dishes ordered was as follows: ◼️(appetizer) Soaked komatsuna and chicken skin ◼️Yakitori - meatballs, quail, chicken thighs, skin, chicken parsley, green onions, sausage, gizzard - (150 yen to 200 yen including tax) ◼️Two types of chicken sashimi (968 yen including tax) ◼️Jiro's fried chicken (693 yen including tax) ◼️Homemade duck miso peppers (528 yen including tax) ◼️Ham cutlet (528 yen including tax) ◼️Aosa seaweed potato fries (638 yen including tax) ◼️ Stingray fin (583 yen including tax) We enjoyed a total of eight dishes, mainly chicken dishes such as yakitori, chicken sashimi, and fried chicken. “Two types of chicken sashimi” is a combination of heart and liver cooked at a low temperature. Both have a fresh and chewy texture. We recommend eating it with ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. I ordered a total of eight types of yakitori, and the "juicy" and tender "chicken thighs" were impressive. I enjoyed it at a reasonable price for everyday use, so I would like to visit regularly in the future. If you are looking for an izakaya near Tamachi Station, why not consider it as one of your options?

I had some business to do in Shibaura and was in the mood for some yakitori, so I stopped by here. It was located a few minutes from the station and next to Lotteria. Since it said it was a public bar, I was envisioning a downtown feel. However, the inside of the store is stylish and casual. There is also a restroom inside the store, which is great for families with children. There are many specialties, and the menu is extensive. Tofu steak, offal stew, etc. all look delicious! Toast with Yamazaki's highball. I tried to be a little extravagant. At my daughter's request, I had seaweed fries and homemade potato salad. Both are recommended by the store. I covered it with potatoes...The fries were crispy fried, and the seaweed seaweed was a nice accent. The fish cake had lots of finely chopped green onions on it and was served with grated ginger. The famous Jiro fried chicken. Very juicy. I think I can eat as many as I want! It was a chilly day, so I had some hot Japanese sake. I felt warm. Assorted skewers. I was confused between salt and sauce, but I chose the sauce. Personally, I liked green onions. The sausage was also delicious. It's a reasonably priced but stylish bar, so it's sure to be a lot of fun for both large groups and families.

■Public Tavern Jiro About a 5-minute walk from Tamachi Station toward Shibaura. I went to Jiro, an izakaya that is open even on Sundays. There is a large counter in the center of the store. I am seated at the table seat surrounding it. Around 19:00, customers came one after another and it was almost full. First of all, from a toast beer. I'm happy that I can drink without worrying about time. Appetizer is komatsuna and chicken skin boiled. It's rare to make chicken skin ohitashi too. ■Homemade Duck Miso Green Peppers The first dish is a set of homemade duck miso and green peppers. The crispy fresh green peppers are topped with the strongly seasoned duck miso. Simple but delicious. It's good to have a smackdown flavor of duck! It was also good for resting chopsticks, and I had a second green pepper. Stamina tofu with green onion and natto Hikiwari natto and negitoro are on top of cotton tofu. Sesame sauce under the tofu. I thought it would be better to put soy sauce on it, but sesame sauce is enough. Sesame sauce, natto, and negitoro go well together. It was a new discovery. Drooling chicken Plenty of chili oil to eat on chicken breast cooked at low temperature. The refreshing and spicy breast meat has a perfect crunchy texture. While resetting the inside of the mouth with onion slices. ■Dashi rolled egg Large dashimaki omelet with grated daikon radish. It is a type that is moderately sweet and eaten with soup stock. ■ Cold chicken liver with onion oil Low temperature cooked liver with sesame oil and green onion salt. The melt-in-your-mouth texture is irresistible due to the thick heat. It's a salty one that goes well with alcohol. The person at the next table also came in after seeing this picture of the shop front. I'm sorry that we received the last plate of the day. ■ Grilled chicken Chicken fillet (plum), chicken thigh, gizzard. All of them are crispy on the surface, but when you put them in your mouth, they all have different textures. Juicy chicken thighs, solid gizzards, and refreshing chicken fillets. ■ Shiitake mushrooms Of course, you can ask for something other than meat. big shiitake mushrooms. I have a response to eat. ■Quail Quail eggs are seasoned with a little sauce. I always order this when I go to a yakitori restaurant. Shishito pepper Tangy and spicy peppers. ■ Tofu steak Tofu steak is lightly battered and baked like fried tofu. Is that steak sauce on top? It was an izakaya with a menu that you can easily enter and drink.
