First visit by booking the all-you-can-drink mizutaki course for 2 hours for 7,000 yen. The store is surrounded by office buildings and along a narrow road, so it's dark and a little hard to find. The inside of the store is smaller than I expected, comfortable, and the customer service with a smile is good. Sesame amberjack This is also super delicious Goes best with Japanese sake main mizutaki It's a rich chicken broth soup that's been cooked for over 10 hours with only water, kelp, and onions without any chemicals or additives, but it's not heavy and sticky, and it's really delicious! ️ Packed with natural flavor Add salt or sauce like vinegar and soy sauce to this and eat while adjusting it yourself. This is so delicious that you’ll be impressed! ️ Collagen looks amazing too (lol) The chicken is tender and has great flavor, and I'm impressed when I eat it with the soup. Then add the meatballs. It is located in a slightly difficult to find location, about 10 minutes walk from Tamachi Station. This is an izakaya that mainly serves Shibaura mizutaki. This is a sister restaurant to the famous Ginza restaurant Ginza Tsuzumon, which I visited earlier, and specializes in mizutaki, which was a secret menu item from the Kirakutei era. I had high expectations because Ginza Tsuzumimon was the best, and as expected, the Daisen chicken mizutaki in the plain hot water soup was delicious. Not only the mizutaki but also other dishes such as chicken karaage were delicious. For wine, I ordered Kenzo's Asatsuyu and Rindo. Mizutaki course with all-you-can-drink included for 7,700 yen. It was a restaurant with good volume and good value for money.

The main is mizutaki 🫕🐓 rich but not persistent. I am very satisfied because I can add soup every time! Each dish, ingredients and seasoning are delicious. ¥500 for refills of Japanese sake (cold drink) If you mix Japanese sake with mizutaki soup, it will be the most mellow flavor. I think it is desirable to enter the store with 2 people (first date) to 4 people (dinner / entertainment).
