We visited as part of a food tour in Ginza. The food, atmosphere and service were excellent - we were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We would definitely recommend the Bonito Tataki, a sashimi dish of Kōchi prefecture, which is tuna seared over a very hot rice straw fire, leaving the outside charred and smoky and the inside extremely tender. Great Izakaya close to Hibiya with great food, service, ambience and drinks. It’s packed on a Tuesday night when I visited. We booked JPY6k course on Tabelog with all you can drink including nihonshu, which is a great deal imo. I took my mum there who’s visiting me from overseas. You won’t go wrong going to this place as a visitor/tourist as it’s authentic (packed with locals) and reasonably priced.
