The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and charismatic. Kushikatsu is typically served with cabbage and the house sauce, however, here they serve you with a variety of sauces which is perfect for pairing to personal taste. The blend of spices in the kushikatsu batter (panko mix) was surprisingly unique to what I'm used to from Osaka. The added pepper gave the katsu much more depth of flavor, making it delicious even without the dipping sauce. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant if you are a katsu fan (panko fried) and enjoy ice cold Asahi ;)
