More Comments at Google MapOISHI! Probably the best yakitori I've had in Japan so far.
I was impressed by how much the taste differed depending on the degree of grilling and the amount of salt. It's not cheap by any means, but the interior of the store, which has a cypress counter as its main feature, is clean, and you can smoke in the smoking area, so it doesn't bother you at all. The chicken wings and grilled sukimi eaten with salt are of course delicious, but the liver and chicken fillet that are eaten with a light sauce are also perfectly cooked. The quality of pure yakitori (skewers), excluding side dishes, is outstanding.
During my time in Ginza, I had the pleasure of treating the president and his mother several times here at Torizen, asking them to meet at 5pm. It was the most delicious yakitori I've ever eaten. Please try the liver and lanterns, I guarantee you that they will be so delicious that you will groan. I can still clearly remember them in my brain and tongue. I want you to enjoy it once in your lifetime. A few years later, I met a friend's father who runs a long-established Western restaurant in Asakusa, and I was thrilled to learn that he was also connected to this restaurant. Due to its difficult to find location and low price, it is a well-known restaurant for those in the know, and attracts adults who have a taste for food. The general who took care of me at the time was a very stylish person, and I felt like he was a fellow Edo person lol.
