A true hideaway in Ginza. There is no signboard with the restaurant's name or noren, just a small word "shiokara" on the menu board. There is a door after entering through a narrow entrance and going down an even narrower staircase.Is there really a store here? When I timidly opened the door, I found myself in a different world! It's a Japanese-style bar with a small, clean and warm counter that doesn't feel oppressive. A sake sommelier will be on hand to listen to your tastes and choose the best match for you. There were various types of salted fish, and I felt the depth and potential of salted fish. This is a restaurant that you can easily stop by after your meal. In fact, it seems that you can also eat meals, which will be served from the kitchen on the second floor. Next time I would like to try the course meal!
