I came here for lunch. There is one type of lunch menu, and you can add more noodles, more ingredients, or both. Kawara soba is half-baked green tea soba that is cooked on a roof tile and eaten in a separate dipping sauce. The dipping soup is also delicious, and the tea soba that is baked in the sky feels like a soft “Kata Yakisoba”, and it is different from simple tsukemen.
I visited for lunch on a weekday. The lunch menu only includes Kawara Soba, which shows the cleanliness and confidence of the restaurant. You can increase the amount of meat and noodles, so it's safe for men as well. We'll be there in about 5 minutes. Cha soba noodles, Kinshi omelet, sweet and spicy boiled pork, green onions and seaweed are placed on top of the grilled tiles. Sliced lemon and grated maple add color, which is also something that looks great. The bottom of the chasoba is grilled and crispy, and the middle is smooth, allowing you to enjoy a variety of textures. The dipping sauce is refreshing, so it doesn't weigh on your stomach. Although it is a little far from the Kayabacho station, it seems to be popular as customers were coming one after another. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
