``Iwase'' is an izakaya restaurant located on a back street in Ningyocho, in a place that is quite difficult to find. It's quite difficult to explain, but it's just around the corner from Ningyocho Post Office, so the post office might be easier to spot if you look at the landmark. I visited for dinner that day, and the words "Iwase" were bright in the darkness. When you open the sliding door, the inside of the store is lively. There are counter seats, table seats, and a partitioned space in the back. Since I had made a reservation in advance, I was able to sit at a table near the entrance. There are courses available for around 7,000 to 10,000 yen, but on this day we ordered a la carte. Around here for as long as I can remember. ・Iwase's special Japanese-style croquette (600 yen) ・Dashi-maki egg (660 yen) ・“Iwase” 5 types of specially selected sashimi (2,000 yen) ・Seafood potato salad (1,200 yen) ・Jaco salad (880 yen) ・Bone-in chicken tempura: 5 pieces (1,100 yen) We are very particular about the 5 types of sashimi, so if you have a chance, we highly recommend ordering this dish. The color is good, and the seasoning is well-seasoned for each fish. A dish that is fun just to look at, but also delicious to eat. I also think the Japanese style croquettes were good. Everything is delicious, and the atmosphere is nice. If you have a chance to go to Ningyocho, this is an izakaya that you should definitely consider.
I came here on a referral from a colleague. budget is 10,000 yen order a course meal The food, the atmosphere, and the employees were wonderful. All the food was delicious, but... Potage of burdock Sashimi sashimi, white-grilled conger eel, sea urchin chawanmushi, beef cheek Tsuyahime cooked in an earthenware pot plus a side dish caramel ice cream Everything was delicious. Good selection of sake and Japanese sake I drank it on recommendation, but it was delicious both sweet and dry. I'm glad all my colleagues were satisfied.
