2022/10 revisit Fried chicken set meal at lunchtime. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, served with plenty of green onions. it was delicious! It was crowded at lunchtime, but the operation was efficient. ---- A shop I stopped by. Apparently the oden and sake are delicious. The sake was local sake from Niigata, and there were regular varieties, Junmai, and Ginjo of the same brand. It might be a good idea to compare drinks of the same brand. I had about 4 different brands in glasses that I didn't know. Ginjo was a refreshing drink. For snacks, we had tomatoes, grilled mackerel, assorted 10 types of oden, and Gesoten oden. Geso tempura oden is freshly fried tempura tempura dipped in soup. The crunchy taste and the soft taste from the soup mix in your mouth, creating a mysterious sensation. This is funny! I was full and tipsy.
A very cold day. I wanted to eat oden and went. The reason why I was attracted to this restaurant is because it says Niigata local sake x oden. Sake and oden are the best on a cold day! The shop is between Kanda Station and Shin Nihonbashi. It's in the basement of the building, and you go down the stairs. The store is very clean. There are two semi-private rooms in the back, and I was passed through there. Looking at the sake menu, there was a special price of 440 yen for a limited time and 7 types of sake. cheap! ! First of all, I ordered eggs, radish, hanpen, yuzu pepper chicken meatballs, and beef tendon from the oden menu. The dashi soup is a little darker than the taste that is too elegant. I've never eaten oden in Niigata, but I wonder if it's seasoned in the Niigata area? This is also very good! Also the best with radish stain stain. We also ordered fried chicken, cold yellowtail, fin, salmon harass, oden radish, and finally salted rice ball and dried persimmon. I ate a lot and both were delicious. It was a lineup and taste that made me want to drink alcohol as a whole. I think I ate a lot, but the bill was just over 8,000 yen for two people. Cheaper than you think! And it was a delicious shop, but what impressed me most was the good customer service. This is the shop I went to again.
