This is the second izakaya lunch where you can eat Towada barayaki in Tokyo, so I went there for lunch following Gottsuri-san the other day. I ordered the Towada Barayaki set meal with a large serving of rice and a raw egg (970 yen including tax). It was delicious with less garlic and a sweeter flavor than Gottsuri's grilled roses. In addition to miso soup with wheat gluten, tofu, and starch, it also came with Tsugaru soba. The Tsugaru soba was like Hakata udon made into thin noodles, and the soup stock was delicious. thank you for the food.

For Japanese sake, you can enjoy delicious local dry sake such as Denzake and Houhai. The owner is a sommelier who worked at the Imperial Hotel for 30 years, so you can enjoy delicious wine at a good price. Unfortunately, the shamisen live performance has been canceled due to the corona sickness, but I was able to relax with peace of mind because I was guided to one empty seat. Next time I want to go from the first party!
