We were starving and just happened to walk in front of this place. They have an English menus which is great. It's kinda small but what do you expect in Toyko and there's a second floor too! We had the fried chicken, beef stew, chicken tataki, cone squid and chicken noodle soup. All were very tasty. The friend chicken and beef stew were amazing. The fried chicken is light on batter and seasoned very well. It is boneless which is a bonus. The beef stew is cooked perfectly. It all melts in your mouth. There's nice beef tendon pieces and tofu and agar. All are very balanced and soft textures. We've never had chicken tataki so we tried it. It's different. Good to try it, but we prefer beef tataki. The chicken is cut in thicker strips and the uncooked chicken texture makes it a little tough. The sauce was very flavourful. There are also lots of different chicken sashimi on the menu, but we didn't try it. There chicken liver sashimi, chicken gizzard sashimi. The owner was very friendly and also speaks some English. It seems to be frequented by many locals.
