Very good and tender horse meat

Looking for some protein, I used it for dinner at my partner's suggestion. I visited without a reservation on a holiday night, but I was able to get a seat at the counter so I was able to get in! This was my first time at a restaurant specializing in horse meat, and I could feel their love for horse meat from the menu. I didn't know that horses are perissodactyls, which have a low risk of food poisoning, and are low in fat and high in protein. Information on the sources of horse meat was also openly introduced, and I enjoyed reading about the menu while waiting. I was curious to see how many variations there are for a menu that is all about horse meat, so I ordered cherry blossom yukhoe, tataki, assorted horse sashimi, yam appetizer, gyoza, fried chicken, and Yoshida udon + meat. (+alcohol-free premol) The softness of the horse meat, its smooth taste, and the combination of the seasonings were perfect, and I was able to enjoy the different textures depending on the cooking method without getting bored! Everything was delicious, but I really liked the fried chicken and gyoza 🌞 I was worried about how hard the Yoshida udon would be, but it was really chewy and I felt like it was a lot even if I shared it with two people, so I highly recommend it! It's close to Suidobashi Station and on a quiet road, so I was able to enjoy the afterglow after leaving the shop... Horse meat is the best! I will use it again!
