But the crowning jewel was undoubtedly the sashimi - it's easily the best I've ever tasted in Japan. I had a chat with the friendly chef and learned that they source fresh fish daily, guaranteeing both quality and flavor. There was a shop a little further back from the main street. I went there at night, and I got the impression that the exterior looked like Ryugu Castle and was very sparkling. Not only was the staff very helpful, but the food itself was delicious and I was very satisfied! ! When I asked for recommended dishes, they answered right away, and when I tried them, they were so delicious that I wanted to try different dishes the next time I went! I would like to go there again when I come to Jimbocho! ! !
