Good taste, services and Sake.

I remember going there before when it opened, but this time I went to eat again. Sado cuisine was a culture I had never encountered before, but there were so many delicious dishes, and I thought that local cuisine was amazing. Because the stock is good, the fish is excellent and the price was high, but I had a lot of sake and grilled kama. It is a great discovery that there is such a good shop in the neighborhood. lol I will come to drink again!

I stopped by on my way back from Kappabashi Dougu Street. There are many menu items that change daily, and you can tell that they put a lot of effort into seasonal ingredients and Sado cuisine. My friend from America was also very happy, especially the turban shell sashimi and horse mackerel namerou. I left the alcohol to the manager and had a super dry drink! Many of the dishes and drinks were new to me, but they were all delicious! I also liked Hyottoko Tokkuri lol
