Came here on a whim while walking around Ueno. Eat here 3 times in our 6 days in Tokyo. Good food, good price, english friendly.

Stayed in Japan 🇯🇵 for a 10 day vacation. We had everything planned like a Swiss watch. One night we deviated from plan and decided to wing it. Somehow we wound up here.....and I’m so glad we did. 100% locals and 4 of us from the Deep South. Great place!!!! Beer A+ Sake B+ Fried Chicken A+ Tuna set A Local Scene A++ Service A Cost A Fried mackerel A If u are an American tourist .... come here!!! Do Not be intimidated by the 100% local customer base. They are soooo accommodating. Cone for the food and enjoy. My top pick in Ueno Return Visit??? Absolutely

Great place! We loved the food and the atmosphere, such a fun evening. The garlic fried rice is to die for.
