The meat of this kind of shellfish is like a conch, which is quite hard and has a bad taste. The sea scallop sashimi is white in color, tender in texture, sweet in aftertaste, and crisp in taste. The appearance of this sea scallop is similar to geoduck, but smaller than it. I forgot to take it out before asking the store to cut it. The oysters produced in Awajishima Murotsu are quite fresh, without a trace of fishy smell, with a refreshing taste and a hint of sweetness in the aftertaste. The tea stains in shellfish juice are also very tasty, and there are a lot of ingredients. It is said to be tea stains, but it is actually porridge.
