The beef skewers were absolutely amazing and despite the language barrier, they were able to get our preferred done-ness perfectly. The place uses top quality meat, in a simple, tasty marinade that enhances the beef without being overwhelming. Other menu items were also good, but the beef was the standout. The owner/manager was very friendly and accommodating, even giving us a free tasting round of sake when he saw that we were undecided on which one to get. The ginger Suntory high balls were also blended well. Overall a great place for grilled meats and drinks. Quite family-friendly too, as it was non-smoking and the overall atmosphere was fun and boozy without being too rowdy. They have an English menu and can accommodate medium sized groups.
