It is a popular restaurant that is always packed with office workers at lunch time. Lunch is priced at 800 yen and 900 yen, and you can refill rice for about 10 menus. Thankfully, it is a shop where you can drink alcohol from noon. For better or worse, you can smoke all day long, but the air conditioning is amazing and the inside of the store doesn't smell of cigarettes. I have never seen a female customer, probably because the store is on the 2nd floor of an old building. It's lunch time, but it will close as soon as the rice runs out. Also, the closing time seems to be around 23:00.
