2023/10/5 This is my second time in the store. Like last time, I visited with a colleague from my company. This time, we had someone from Niigata, so we had him select some recommended local sake, and we enjoyed some delicious dishes and cold sake. I have uploaded the photos, so please take a look. ---------------------------- 2023/6/15 I wanted to drink some delicious local sake on the way home from work, so my PJ friends and I went to Hanayuzu, which is right next to JR Nishi-Nippori Station. We took a seat in the basement seating area and enjoyed delicious food and a wide variety of local sake. The staff's customer service was also very good. We recommend this restaurant for those who want to taste local products from Niigata in Tokyo.

This is a restaurant where you can enjoy Niigata's local sake and Hegisoba, as well as fresh fish, tempura, and other delicious dishes. The type of sashimi varies depending on what's in stock that day, but it's fresh and delicious, and my personal favorites are the firefly squid pickled in the middle of nowhere and the maitake mushroom tempura. They only have dishes that go well with sake, so I come here when I feel like drinking sake. The hegi soba at the end goes down well, and it's a great restaurant that will leave you feeling good.

I had my first ever Hegisoba together with some delicious Japanese sake. It was delicious anyway! ! The customer service staff was very kind and attentive, such as asking us what kind of sake they had, and preparing a pack of tempura to take home with us before we even asked for it. Above all, I was impressed by the warmth of the owner. This is a shop that fills you with a sense of happiness. I happened to come across this shop while running some errands in Kitasenju, and I'm really glad I stopped by. I'm planning to go to Arakawa again, so I'd like to try other dishes next time.
