I can't drink alcohol, so I asked for dinner. The food was very delicious with an elegant taste that emphasizes umami. The skewers are excellent, especially the liver melted. Cooking time is also smooth. Personally, I would like to visit this shop occasionally as a reward for myself rather than going there.
