Stumbled into the place after Sumo matches. All other places that specialized in Chanko were fully booked. GLAD they were! Place had a great neighborhood bar vibe. One waitress who spoke English and was super accommodating. Chanko was bomb~ grab a better~

Nice, unassuming place. Good food served in small plates. Get the grilled Tepanyaki chicken.
