I wish I could have lived around this neighborhood. This sake bar offer you the most reasonable sake and hot dishes in Tokyo. But you must speak fluent Japanese and know the politeness of drinking sake in Japan. Otherwise, the master will kick you out. You should order drinks and foods at once,not one by one. The place will be so busy that your orders may be lost... If you are fluent Japanese speaker and know how to behave in STRICT Japanese sake bar, this place is for you.

Cheap and high quality food and sake. They always have great local sakes to sample from around Japan for ¥300 per glass. The service isn’t super friendly but that’s part of the vibe because it’s cheap. You should be able to read/communicate at least a little in Japanese though because there’s no English menu. Definitely recommend the ham katsu and toriwasa (seared raw chicken with wasabi).
