Would love to come back to this place! We found this place based on online reviews. For some reason it was empty when we visited and we felt a little nervous. Every item we had turned out to be amazing! We had the chef’s recommended 4 items, tamagoyaki, karaage (fried chicken), agedashi tofu and Okonomiyaki. The staff was sooooo friendly and attentative. LOVE this place. If you love some drinks, there’s a huge local drink menu.

Very friendly for English tourists, the owner kindly greeted us to a table and provided excellent service. Highly recommend to all!!

As two English tourists staying nearby, we gave this place a try. When we stepped in, the owner made us welcome, provided English menus and engaged us on where the ingredients came from (Tokyo!). We had the assorted vegetables, small sashimi, karaji, and okonomiyaki with Toyoda beers (which was all just right for portions). It was all very delicious. Homemade mayonnaise with the veg. Homemade soy sauce with sashimi which was fresh and delicate. The best fried chicken I had ever eaten. The okonomiyaki was cooked in front of us. A very human scaled restaurant and cannot recommend it enough.
