We decided to go for this place because it had good reviews and Google, and the inside looked kind of cosy but those expectations were faaar exceeded!! The place has two sides, separated by a space in the middle where the staff can walk. The menu offered a variety of yakitori and motsuyaki most of which I'd never seen on a menu before, but I was even more delighted by the selection of beverages available! Many drinks that I had also never seen on a menu before, such as a special highball mix including matcha, or even a annin-toufu favoured drink!! So is you like trying new foods and drinks like me, if you're looking for an atmospheric place with an old school Japanese feel to it, or if you're just looking for great food and want to have a chill time, then basically this place is a must if you're in the Horikiri area in my opinion!!

Delicious Japanese barbecue!

The motsuyaki in the downtown area is of a high standard! Among them, these are especially delicious! While the price is downtown price, the offal is fluffy. I've been to several popular motsuyaki restaurants in popular downtown areas, but this kind of restaurant is by far the best in the downtown area! I forgot to take a picture, but the other menu is all about sake. Even if you order a potato salad and keep quiet, the sauce comes out as long as you're happy if you grew up in a downtown area w I don't think it's an area that you'll come back to often, but in conjunction with Tateishi, this Horikiri Iris Garden is also a wonderful town for drinkers with a selection of cool, well-known shops. * This is a time-lag post when I went in the past.
