The simplified menu features popular classic dishes such as potato salad and grilled yam. Furthermore, on the wall are large plate menus and recommended menus that are even more powerful than before. I ordered the owner's recommended dish, motsuni. The craftsmanship passed down by the owner of the famous restaurant Daiki in Hasuda, Saitama Prefecture, before his retirement, shines through.
