Is it rare for Kita Ayase? An izakaya that looks like a stylish Japanese restaurant. Sashimi and sake. The stewed beef tendon is also tender and very delicious. There was a wide variety of Japanese sake available, and since I had local sake for myself and my wife, I ended up skipping the Sado sake, which I regret. There is a wide variety of beer and sour drinks, but I would definitely recommend the sake. The sashimi I ordered this time was particularly sweet, especially the bigfin squid caught on Sadogashima Island, and when I put wasabi on top without adding soy sauce, I felt the sweetness even more and the sake went better. The store is also a nice place with a calm atmosphere. (Revisited) Wasabi is the only truly delicious fish (though I don't think it's all). This is because the umami, sweetness, and taste of the ingredients are strong.
