More Comments at Google MapIt's delicious anyway. White liver has the best taste of liver, without the unique smell of liver or the chewy texture. The tomato bacon is the best because the sweet tomato juice spreads in your mouth. Hatsu too, is this Hatsu? It's about that size and full of flavor. The grilled rice balls at the end were also delicious, especially with the concentrated flavor of the chicken soup. It was delicious.
There was a sign on the front that said ``One person is welcome,'' so I went in by myself. First of all, regarding drinks, they focus on Japanese sake and shochu, and I got the impression that they have an attractive selection of drinks. This time, I had a bowl of the delicious ``Suidama'' special pure rice recommended by the owner (¥790). Next up was the yakitori, which had a lot of variety on the menu, so I had a hard time deciding what to order, but I decided to order two types of the limited edition yakitori and the classic meatballs. You will have to wait about 20 minutes to bake it from raw, but the taste is worth the wait. In particular, the meaty cartilage skewers (¥220) had exquisite seasoning, and I thought, ``Delicious!'' from the first bite. Of course, you can also have the other two items. The other Yuzu Pepper Topped (¥280) is also limited in quantity, so be quick. The shop is run by the owner, his wife, and his sister (perhaps a part-time worker), and you can feel the kindness of the shop. It was a really comfortable shop even if I went alone. As I was on my way home, I thought I should have bought the ¥450 glass of sake and tasted the other sake as well. There is a counter and a tatami room in the back. It's a good store and I recommend it.
All the menu items we ordered were extremely delicious. It was the best yakitori I've ever eaten. In particular, you should definitely eat heart, white liver, and fillet.
