I had fried rice with garlic butter. There are 2 types of soy sauce flavor. A hot iron plate is made, and the clerk pours a raw egg over it. Mix by yourself and enjoy. It was a little charred and it was delicious. However, although it's hard to tell from the picture, the iron plate is about the size of a washbasin, so the amount was so large that I, a woman, left a little. It might be fine for men. LOL

Ramen Kagetsu is delicious not only at the Higashimurayama store, but everywhere. I love Genkotsu Ramen, my signature dish, and eat it often. You can freely choose the extremely spicy chive topping, and change the flavor in the second half, and the taste of the rice goes well with it.
