Bright, light, and well balanced ramen. The lightness and freshness of it makes it easy to appreciate the individual flavours. Super friendly staff. I recommend the yuzu shio ramen and the meat rice.

Although it is a popular restaurant listed in the Michelin Bib Gourmand, it is extremely difficult to open only on Monday afternoons. I was able to get in after waiting for about 2 hours. However, there was a big miscalculation. That means they have stopped serving ramen and only offer tsukemen! shock. . . I wanted to eat porcini ramen to death! There was too little research. take heart ◆Yuzu Salt Tsukemen ◆Spicy Tsukemen ◆Truffle egg fried rice I will order. The tsukemen is served in a bowl soon. The spicy tsukemen has plenty of tandan-style minced meat. Once wrapped around the noodles, the noodles are hidden, creating a fascinating visual. This once noodles are delicious. This might be all you need! I loved it as much as I thought. The thin noodles inside are shaped like kishimen and are smooth, chewy, and juicy. This is also delicious. The dipping sauce has a very exquisite flavor, and the balance of soy sauce and chili oil is perfect. I added grated daikon radish for a different taste and finished it all. The mountain climbing was also amazing. The chewy yam, made with wild yam and soup stock, goes well with the noodles. It's also delicious served with egg-cooked rice.
