I had been to Genpachi in Shin-Koiwa before, but this was my first visit to the Koiwa main store. You don't want to be disappointed if you can't get in, so make a reservation in advance ☝️ Mainly island sushi from Hachijojima, Ashitaba tempura and Ashitaba ohitashi are famous. Limited to 2 hours on busy weekends. Shima sushi is made with mustard, not wasabi. Because it is pickled, it has a chewy texture and a mustard aroma that hits your nose. I was happy that my friends thought it was so delicious.

Delicious, fresh and affordable! I have been there many times and the service is not bad. The difficulty is that the amount is large and you can not taste various things lol
