When I went to the Mediterranean restaurant MarMare in Gaienmae the other day, I heard that Sancha also has a Japanese bar affiliated with Sancha. There is a shop on the 8th floor of the restaurant building GEMS for about 2 minutes. GEMS in Ebisu has many fashionable and delicious shops. The interior of the store has a modern Japanese atmosphere, and there are table seats and counters, so I think it's easy to use even by yourself. Many sake and shochu bottles are lined up. what i got today [July and August only] Sancha rare special course with 8 dishes and 2 hours all-you-can-drink 6,000 yen A la carte is also available, but we chose a special course with popular menus and all-you-can-drink. ・Ponzu jelly made from raw oysters with shell from Iwate prefecture It's a pretty big raw oyster, and it might be the first time I've ever had such a big raw oyster! I was looking forward to this. It was creamy and delicious. ・Hokkaido octopus and summer vegetable salad with lemon dressing It's refreshing and perfect for this time of year. I'm happy with the generous salad. ・Today's sashimi platter Bonito, amberjack, red sea bream. Seasonal sashimi is delicious. ・ Sausage with raclette cheese Hot sausage and fluffy potatoes. I'm happy because I love raclette cheese. ・Plenty of seafood with ajillo baguette A lot of shrimp. I can't eat it, so my companion was eating it. ・Beef skirt steak tagliata with Japanese-style onion sauce I ate it with rock salt, and the sauce was refreshing, and it was delicious, bringing out the umami of the meat. It's not heavy, so it's perfect for summer. ・Cold mentaiko spaghetti It's hot every day, so I'm happy to have cold noodles. ·dessert Mango ice cream. The menu structure is perfect for summer, and I think it's easy to eat for those who have lost their appetite. Not only seasonal seafood, but also meat dishes are available, so this course is also recommended for those who want to eat meat as well. The all-you-can-drink menu also includes sake, so I think it goes well with the food. The glasses are also original and cute. The a la carte menu is reasonably priced and easy to use, so I would like to visit again someday.

I used it for lunch. I ordered a mince cutlet set meal. It was freshly fried and delicious. The lunch menu was a restaurant that I wanted to use again because there were only other attractive and delicious items.

I want to eat seafood at Sangenjaya! I stopped by on a whim, and I was able to enjoy the fresh sashimi platter and rich Iwate oysters. Nice! !
