I loved the aji niboshi ramen here. Strong flavors, great umami, beautiful presentation with unique dried fish “card”. The noodles were great too. Super satisfying in the cold winter weather.

Grilled duck ramen here is my favourite ramen in all of Japan. The smokey taste of the meat and grilled veggies takes ramen to the next level and the shoyu broth is just perfect.

Excellent wonton ramen. The shop is small so I can easily see how it could become busy but I luckily got there at a good time. Service was normal speed.
