I chose the broth with soya bean moderate with thin noodles and they were perfect . Wish I had added more meat or eggs . The broth was gravely… so much prawn Umami it’s addictive. The deliciousness still lingers after . We ordered a side dish of Gyoza. It was not too bad. The price is not too expensive for such work on the broth. Worth every calories of it.
