More Comments at Google MapThis place remains a top 10 ramen shops of Tokyo spot for me. One of the most unique ramen bowls in Tokyo with a solid fusion between Japanese ramen and almost Szechuan cuisine with numbing spice and lots of chilli. The pork is one of the best of any ramen places in Tokyo. Thick cut and extremely flavourful with a great 5 spice seasoning permeating the meat. As a fan of mala, chilli, coriander, and 5 spice, this ramen was a perfect amalgam of all of these elements.
Very yummy and popular chain ramen place! Love the spicy level and the vibe! Food: ramen, soup and pork are amazing! You can pick the level of hot pepper and numbing pepper. Wish there were options to add more soup! Atmosphere: traditional Japanese drum sound in the background. Love the vibe! Could use a bit more air con though. Service: nice service. I came here around 3pm on a Friday in September, and waited around 10 minutes. When I left around 4pm there’s no line.
We waited an hr for this place and it was worth every minute. My gosh, this has officially knocked ichiran off top ramen spot in my books. We ordered the special which comes with a soy egg and double pork which comes with 2 mammoth pork belly pieces. The pork was the most tender, soft, succulent flavoured pork belly I have ever had. The broth was the most umami, rich thick miso broth I’ve ever had. The noodle strands are thicker cut and al dente which is how I like it. You can adjust the spice level. Best ramen by miles, one of the best eats in Tokyo! The atmosphere is also theatrical however don’t wear your best clothes as it’ll wreak of charcoal after from the grill.
