Pretty good ramen. Broth is on the thin side and must try is their goma sauce and 3 year old shoyu based ramen. It's quite relaxing in this place because it's spacious and they play jazz. It's like a hideout because of the stairs you need to take to go down to their restaurant. AND ONE MORE THING! They do not use KANSUI in their noodle which makes it a healthy ramen!! Amazing!

You must go!! Ramens I have tried so far were quite heavy. But here, very light and easy on my stomach. I believe this Ramen is healthy because the shop owner is cearfully selecting the veges and meat to make the soup. The shop explained that the ramen they make contains no chemical seasoning. You can taste the difference. The order was easy. There is a machine inside of the shop. I bought a basic ramen ticket and additional toppings tickets with very small fee. When I sit at the counter, I gave my tickets to the chef then he started to make my Ramen. The owner can speak English so I had no confusion on whole eating process! I really recommend this place!
