Chofu, Tokyo, Japan｜Ramen Takara

I think this ramen shop is the best one in Sengawa station. Personally speaking, this is better than other famous ramen shops around here. The soup is based on Katsuo-Dashi. We can choose whether White soy souse or Black soy souse. I highly recommend White one, which is based on organic one. It’s similar to the old Chinese Soba noodles, but it’s not old. It’s modern and brand new!!

It's only open during the day and only open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, so this was my first time eating there in several years since I lived in Sengawa. When I ate it for the first time, I was surprised because it was much more delicious than I expected. There are other ramen shops in Sengawa, but I think this is a hidden gem.

The special salt soba was delicious. The char siu is really delicious with the soup that you won't get tired of! The dumplings are so delicious that you want to eat them every day. I want to eat Takaradon next time.
