More Comments at Google MapI had Chinese noodles topped with flavored eggs and seaweed. Because it's made with Sanma and Tuna, it has a cleaner aftertaste than the typical Niboshi Ramen. By adding ginger vinegar halfway through, the aroma and acidity of ginger came out, and I was able to enjoy it until the end. The amount of ramen is easy enough for even a woman to eat, but I also had some gyoza. This was also delicious and went well with the ginger vinegar. I've seen some reviews saying that people are not friendly, but the owner just says he's quiet and I never mention his friendliness. In fact, the hostess' customer service was very polite and made me want to visit her again.
I've been going there roughly once a month for about a year and a half. This is a restaurant that serves delicious and well-balanced ramen. The wonton noodles are especially delicious. Seaweed goes well with the mellow flavored soup made with dashi stock. The seaweed here comes in 4 thick, large pieces, making it a great deal. The soup has a gentle texture with the sharp edges shaved off, and goes well with the homemade noodles, which have just the right amount of texture. The shop owner has a great craftsmanship and is the type of person who gets the job done right, and it's refreshing to see him work. I will continue to come here for a long time.
I got wonton noodles. delicious. It was simply delicious. The swordfish tuna soup has a deep flavor without any harshness or bitterness. The noodles were homemade, medium-thin, and didn't have any stickiness or strong aroma, so they didn't interfere with the delicate and delicate soup, and I thought they went perfectly together. The wontons are chewy and go down easily, and they absorb the soup, making them even more delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed the careful and delicate work of the shop owner. It's been a while since I drank all the soup. I want to put it in my water bottle and walk around while drinking it. If you have spare balls, you'll likely end up changing them two or three times. It was very delicious! thank you for the food!
