More Comments at Google MapThis is a ramen shop that serves Niboshi(dried small sardines) soup. You can choose between a light soup and a rich soup, and each soup has a salt flavor and a soy sauce flavor. The rich soup has a creamy texture and a very thick Niboshi flavor, but it has no unpleasant odor and goes well with the noodles. The toppings are really delicious: tender pork that look like roast beef and chicken dumplings . I recommend eating the thinly sliced pork as it is or dipping it in the soup to heat it up a bit to change the texture. 🍖✨✨ The balance of noodles, soup, and ingredients is so good that you will probably end up eating the soup as well.😋 If you're hungry, you'll probably need more than one bowl, so it's a good idea to buy a spare noodle ticket when you buy your meal ticket.👍🎟
A local gem. Excellent broth, noodles and meat, but my recommendation is to go for lighter options (さっぱり) as the heavier ones are too greasy in my opinion.
