Wow. I'm so mad at myself for not realizing this restaurant was here sooner. That... was... incredible. I had the large bowl with soy-clam broth (that included the most incredibly tender chicken breast and aji-tama) and added sliced roast. Phenomenal.

hidden gems, great combination betweens calm + tonkatsu soup based ramen will visit again soon 😋
