More Comments at Google MapGreat little spot serving delicious ramen in broth that is both simple, delicate, unique but just plain delicious. Very small place with only seating capacity of 8-10 ppl at the counter so do expect to wait during peak hours. We tried two varieties of ramen with two broth style and we enjoyed both of them. Ramen itself is silky in texture which pairs perfectly with the broth and meat. Lovely little place serving simple neighbourhoof style ramen.
The #1 ramen is incredible. The meat was delicious! Chef is friendly and easy to order for English speakers. Absolutely recommend.

It's about a 10 minute walk from Kamimachi Station. I visited around 11:10 on a holiday and was at the beginning of the second rotation. Around 11:20, the first person came out and took a seat. At Tanaka Robo, you pay in advance and there is a tray in front of you at the counter, so you leave your money there when you order. Since the owner was originally from Shibasakitei, I thought I should try Chinese noodles, so I ordered Chinese noodles with pork and chicken. The price is 800 yen, a bargain inherited from Shibasakitei. The soup is a dark brown soy sauce soup. The soup is seasoned with chicken oil, giving it a deep and rich flavor. The noodles are straight thin noodles. There are also limited menus such as ginger pork soba, which is limited to 7 colors a day, and chicken minced rice bowl, which is limited to 15 meals a day, so I think I'll try them next time.
